Refund policy

At Miss Active, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a fair exchange policy to make it right.

  • Exchange Eligibility: Items can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. To qualify, products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • How to Exchange: Contact our customer service team at missactiveau@gmail.com to initiate your exchange. Please include your order number and details about the item you wish to exchange and reasons as to why.

  • Exclusions: Sale items are not generally eligible for exchange. 

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your exchange within 5-7 business days.

  • Refunds: We do not offer refunds — only exchanges for a different size, colour, or product of equal value.
